1. Availability by Region

Digital downloads sold directly through the Bluemountaintribe.com website are available exclusively to customers located in:

• United States
• Canada
• Mexico

Customers from other regions will not be able to complete checkout. Downloads purchased through major streaming and digital distribution platforms remain available worldwide.

2. International Listeners

For fans outside the supported regions, our entire catalog is available through Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and all major global digital music services. These platforms manage all required international taxes and compliance.

3. Licensing & Usage

All digital downloads are licensed solely for personal use. Redistribution, re-uploading, or resale is prohibited unless approved by written agreement.

4. Refund Policy

Because digital downloads cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing a download, please contact us and we will re-send the file.

5. Taxes

Applicable sales tax is collected for transactions within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
We do not collect VAT, GST, or other international digital consumption taxes on direct website sales. Customers outside our supported regions must use international platforms where taxes are handled automatically.
